About Bill
Bill Ciraco's journey to Park City began in 1987, when like many of us Parkites, he visited the city with his family on a ski vacation. He was immediately captivated by the area's beauty, history, and outdoor lifestyle. "A part of me always stayed in Park City," he says. Ciraco and his wife, Alyse Forcellina, made several trips to Park City over the next three decades. In 2018, they decided to make the move to the city full-time. They now live in Aspen Springs with their daughter who attends PCHS, and their two dogs.
Bill and his wife are active in the Park City community. He serves as the President of his home owners association, a member of the Park City Noon Rotary, sits on the Park City High School Community Council, the board of Save People Save Wildlife, and is a member of this year’s Park City Leadership Class. His wife serves on the board of the People’s Health Clinic and USA Nordic Sport.
“From the moment I got here, I felt like there was an expectation that you would give back to the community – that community service was part of the way of life here," says Bill. "So I jumped in with both feet.”
Bill is originally from the small town of Westhampton Beach on the south shore of Long Island, New York. Ciraco graduated from Brown University with a degree in business economics and was a member of the university’s football and baseball teams. After graduation, Ciraco moved to New York City, where he would spend the next twenty five years working at a number of financial firms, including a partner-level position in an investment fund that focused on mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies and restructuring. During that time, Ciraco would serve two years on the city’s planning commission in Westhampton Beach as well as other community organizations.
"As a full-time resident of Park City, I am passionate about preserving the unique character of our city while also planning for the future."
